In my opinion, the best work by Floyd,
Aside from Syd’s, is on Wish You Were Here.
Are you ok? It seems like you’re annoyed,

But even if Syd’s work became schizoid,
Aside from it (which only will appear
On their first album) the best work by Floyd

Is still on Wish You Were Here. Please avoid
The Wall, and of The Dark Side, go in fear,
Are you ok? It seems like you’re annoyed.

It’s on those albums where the band has toyed
With themes that Syd has tragically come near,
But on Wish You Were Here, the rest of Floyd

Will credit Syd, and how they have enjoyed
Acclaim from his insanity is clear.
Are you ok? It seems like you’re annoyed.

I wouldn’t call their other work devoid
Of moments, but it’s not on Wish’s tier,
Aside from Syd’s, the best work done by Floyd.
