Twinkle, Twinkle You who want to take a tour, Here is my review du jour: May I never dine again ’Neath a star of Michelin. Haarlem hotspots, fully booked, Offered courses undercooked, Others processed to a fault, Nothing which I can exalt. Wait, the wines — they were superb, Each with its own glass and blurb, Yet there was a price for such, Costing me and mine too much. All in all, beyond good taste, My meals mostly went to waste, So where food is served with flair, I had rather not go there. You who might think differently Should ignore my humble plea: May I never dine again ’Neath a star of Michelin.
